Cybersecurity & Systems Administrator

Under the general supervision of the IT Infrastructure Manager, the Cybersecurity and Systems Administrator is responsible for the integrity, security, and operational efficiency of SELCO and the Town of Shrewsbury’s server infrastructure and communication systems. This role focuses on the development, implementation, and execution of cybersecurity initiatives and system hardening to support the strategic priorities of the utility and the Town of Shrewsbury. Salary range is 95k-115k, depending on experience and certifications.

First Class Lineworker 

Under the general supervision of the Working Foreman Lineman and Electric Supervisor, performs skilled line work in connection with the construction, maintenance, and repair of underground and overhead primary and secondary lines, mains, conduits, poles, and related apparatus.

Lead Lineworker/Troubleshooter

Under the general supervision of the Electric Supervisor and the Working Foreman, this position is responsible for responding to trouble or emergency situations, performing electrical repairs and construction, as well as all First Class Lineworker duties and responsibilities. Work assignments are frequently handled alone or by a 2-person crew. Duties and responsibilities may be performed by the Lead Lineworker/Troubleshooter acting alone unless the Supervisor specifically assigns the Troubleshooter to work as part of a crew.
