The results of this survey help determine the customer satisfaction awards received by utilities across the country and provide valuable benchmarking data that allows us to compare our performance against regional and national utility averages.
We are proud to have earned a Silver Customer Satisfaction Award in 2024 and a Gold Customer Satisfaction Award in 2025. While we are honored by these recognitions, our primary goal is always to meet and exceed customer expectations while continually improving the services we provide.
The survey is brief and covers key areas, including:

- Restoring power after an outage in a reasonable amount of time
