• Billing: Legacy Charges for the current packages will END on the dates mentioned above. However, you will continue to be billed for other packages and receive some channels until subsequent dates. For example, the HD feed of CBS (WBZ) will be shut off on August 8th (and you will no longer be charged for our HD tier as of August 5th), but the SD feed will remain available until the Basic service shutdown on August 15th (and you will be billed for Basic until that date).
   

Self-Installation of the SELCO Stream Application:

Due to the August 1st deadline and a high volume of recent installation requests, there is a delay in appointment availability. We recommend opting for self-installation.
