LEGACY CABLE SERVICES UPDATE
As we transition to SELCO Stream, we want to keep you informed about important changes to our legacy cable services.
Key Dates for Service Changes:

August 1st: All premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, Starz, etc.) will be shut down.

August 5th: The guide, HD, Digital services, corresponding WatchTVEverywhere (WTVE), and WTVE for Premium channels will begin to shut down.

August 12th: Expanded services, including corresponding WTVE, will begin to shut down.

August 15th: Basic services, including WTVE, will be shut down.
What to Expect:

Channel Shutdowns: Channels will be removed in large batches (30+ channels) daily. When a channel is removed, it will be replaced with an image (below) stating that it has been disabled due to the discontinuation of legacy cable services.

Billing: Legacy Charges for the current packages will END on the dates mentioned above. However, you will continue to be billed for other packages and receive some channels until subsequent dates. For example, the HD feed of CBS (WBZ) will be shut off on August 8th (and you will no longer be charged for our HD tier as of August 5th), but the SD feed will remain available until the Basic service shutdown on August 15th (and you will be billed for Basic until that date).
Self-Installation of the SELCO Stream Application:
Due to the August 1st deadline and a high volume of recent installation requests, there is a delay in appointment availability. We recommend opting for self-installation.
